Poster Design for Ocean Pollution Awareness

Bringing awareness to ocean pollution, this poster highlights the dangers to marine life from the trash that pollutes the ocean and beaches. I came up with the conceptual idea of using plastic bottles as a symbol of the animals living in the consequences of human pollution. Then, furthering the use of the water bottles, I state that the water is so polluted and disgusting that it is undrinkable for humans, aiming to evoke an emotional response about the issue by stating that these animals are forced to live in such pollution. This poster fuses physical bottles with hand-drawn sea creatures. 30”x 24”
